Terms and conditions

1. Applicability

These terms apply to all quotations, agreements and works, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Quotations

Quotations are valid for thirty days and are based on the situation visible during the survey. The contract sum is fixed, subject to additional work and hidden defects.

3. Additional work

Additional work is carried out only after written approval by the client, stating the price and the effect on the schedule.

4. Schedule

The stated schedule is a best-efforts obligation. Delay caused by weather, third-party delivery times or changes requested by the client gives no right to compensation.

5. Payment

Payment is made in instalments linked to construction milestones. Invoices are payable within fourteen days.

6. Handover

The work is handed over jointly. Any defects identified are recorded in a snagging list and remedied within a reasonable period.

7. Guarantee

A guarantee is provided on the workmanship as stated in the quotation. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials.

8. Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid out by our insurer in the relevant case.

9. Governing law

Dutch law applies to all agreements.
