Tradespeople who do the work themselves
We are a contracting firm delivering complete renovations in the entire Netherlands. Carpentry, tiling, plastering and finishing are done by our own people. For mechanical work, structural engineering and roofing we work with long-standing partners.
That set-up keeps the lines short. There is no chain of subcontractors to pass blame along when something goes wrong: you have one contract and one point of contact, and that person is regularly on site.
Over 5 years we have delivered more than 400 projects, from a six square metre bathroom to houses stripped back to the shell.

Calculate first, then build
A building survey up front stops surprises from appearing only once the wall is open.
Saying what is and is not possible
If a plan is not feasible structurally or financially, we would all rather know now than halfway through.

We plan realistically and stick to it. We flag delays as soon as we see them coming.
Finishing is part of the job
The snagging list is not a formality. Those points are cleared within two weeks.
