Who is responsible

Which data we process

When you request a quotation or contact us, we process your name, address details, telephone number, email address and the information you provide about your project.

Why we process it

We use your data solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, carry out the work and meet the administrative obligations that go with it. The legal basis is your consent when you submit the form, the performance of the agreement and our legal obligations.

How long we keep it

Quotation requests that do not lead to an instruction are kept for a maximum of two years. Data relating to work carried out is kept for seven years, in line with statutory tax retention rules.

Sharing with third parties

We only share your data with parties involved in your project, such as a structural engineer or a subcontractor, and only as far as necessary to carry out the work. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. Send a message to our email address and we will respond within four weeks. If we cannot resolve it together, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies

This website places no tracking cookies. Only a technical session cookie is used, to secure forms and to log in to the administration area. Your cookie notice choice and your light or dark display preference are stored only in your own browser.
